Rider Courses - Introduction
Introduction to Motorcycles:
We developed this course to meet the needs of people who are contemplating learning to ride a motorcycle, but, never having done it, aren't certain that they really want to.
This course uses our MOTORCYCLE SIMULATOR to give the students a taste of riding, without subjecting them to the stress some people feel when the mount a real motorcycle for the first time. The course covers the following topics: Controls - Where Are They and What Do They Do?; Basic Riding Theory; Starting/Stopping the Engine; Shifting Procedures; Braking Procedures; How a Motorcycle Leans; and Riding Gear.
